Opt-Out Policy
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time. To stop receiving messages, simply reply STOP to any text message we send you. After replying STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message, and no further SMS communications will be sent. To re-subscribe at any time, reply START.
Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us and the services you have requested. Standard message and data rates may apply, as charged by your mobile carrier. Digital Marketing 365 is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier related to receiving our SMS messages.

3. Services Description
Digital Marketing 365 provides digital marketing services including but not limited to AI agents, smart websites, SEO, search autocomplete, Google advertising, Facebook advertising, chatbots, business listings management, and email marketing. The specific services, deliverables, and pricing will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
- Respond to requests for information or approvals in a timely manner
- Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide to us
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Pay for services according to agreed-upon terms
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due upon receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation continues after the termination of services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Marketing 365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. No Guarantees
While we strive to deliver excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, conversion rates, or return on investment. Digital marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of any outstanding fees for services rendered. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning services where applicable.
11. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms (such as Google, Facebook, or email service providers). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms that may affect service delivery.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
